Information shared with SJULTRA-LTD in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Specific confidentiality obligations are governed by the non-disclosure provisions in your service agreement.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SJULTRA-LTD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of our Services. Cybersecurity assessments identify risks at a point in time and do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been discovered or that systems are fully secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJULTRA-LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
